Stephen R. A. Knight, Esq. is the chief attorney at Dwyer & Knight Law Firm and has been practicing in Tallahassee, North Florida and throughout the state since 1997. He specializes in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury Law, and Family Law. With over 23 years of litigation and trial experience. Mr. Knight and his team have dedicated themselves to protecting the rights and freedoms of thousands of their clients and he is licensed to practice in county and circuit courts throughout Florida and in Federal Court; this includes Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Daytona, Broward, Miami, and surrounding areas. Attorney Knight received his B.S. degree in International Marketing from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C. In 1997 he started Dwyer & Knight Law Firm in Tallahassee, Florida and has been providing quality legal services throughout Florida.

Stephen Knight has served as the President and Vice President of Tallahassee Barristers Association, and has been a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Tallahassee Bar Association, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Knight has also served as President of the Caribbean Organization of Tallahassee, Vice President of the Tallahassee graduate chapter of Phi Beta Sigma, and is a member of the Capital City Chamber of Commerce and other civic associations. Attorney Knight has also served as the President of the Tallahassee-St. Maarten Foundation, president of the Caribbean.

Mr. Knight has received several awards and recognition for his contributions to the legal community and the Tallahassee community at large. Stephen Knight sponsors a little league team The Knights and has received several awards.

Attorney Knight is currently the legal commentator for the talk show What Really Matters To You on WTAL. He has also published many articles for the magazine The Legal Digest.
